No. PRIMCO does not require a long term agreement. You may discontinue service at any time with 30 day notice.
How can I feel confident that my records are kept safe and confidential?
PRIMCO stores your records in a climate controlled warehouse with no public access. Our employees are under strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. PRIMCO will not release any of your information unless the person requesting it is on an approved list.
Do you have pickup and delivery service?
Yes. PRIMCO is a full service Records management Company including Certified Destruction and Scanning service.
How much will it cost to store my records with you and are there any hidden extra fees?
PRIMCO’s rates in most cases are at 30% to 40% lower than mini warehouses or retail office space and with PRIMCO you will have all of your boxes barcoded and indexed . You will be surprised at how inexpensive our storage, retrieval & delivery rates are.
